Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID
To protect your data, only ServiceNow IDs with authorized email addresses can be used to log in. To access Now Support, you can do any of the following:
Log in with a different ID
Use a different ServiceNow ID to log into Now Support.
Refer to this KB if you are unable to login to Idea Portal
Idea portal is now available to authorized Now Support users only
Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow ID
Use the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
Contact your organization's Customer Administrator
Ask them to add your email address to your Now Support company account.
