While in preview, a connector may have limitations in platform support or available features. Primary connectors in preview are fully functional for their documented scope and receive the same ServiceNow support as other primary connectors. Connector Data types Not supported The supported data types are documented under each connector in the ServiceNow ZCC Connectors documentation.If a data type is not listed in the respective connector’s documentation, it should be considered unsupported by that connector. Support for such data types may be introduced through future enhancements.
