Login to your both Zurich and Australia instances. 2. Go to 'Workspaces' >> 'Service Operations Workspace' >> List (i.e., Default lists) on the left panel 3. Go to 'Changes' >> All >> any sample CHG ticket >> 'Related records' tab then choose any e.g., Incidents Fixed By Change Expected behaviour : After an upgrade to Australia, UI should not change. Actual behaviour : After an upgrade to Australia, UI has been changed. Release As of Australia. Resolution 1. Furthermore, The related record is from the Record Related List repeater which is inherited from the Form Controller.They are all preset. (For reference, the screenshot below) in Australia version, the preset was changed to use the presentational list instead of the legacy list. It can be seen as a hidden presentational, Zurich version (For reference, the other screenshot below) 3. In Zurich, old list component (i.e. Now Record List connected ) was used. This component is in maintenance mode since Zurich release. A newer List component i.e. Record List has been introduced to replace old list component. So the difference noticed by users in Austraila patch in the List are expected difference due to enhanced UI component of List. It is expected by design in Australia Patch.
