The OOB date formatting logic in the DispatcherWorkspaceClientUtilSNC.formatDateTo24Hour method returned timestamps in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss format, conflicting with the user's profile date format (e.g., dd-MM-yyyy).2. The UX Client Script On Alert Action Clicked evaluated timestamps using the client browser's local timezone instead of the user's session timezone, causing discrepancies.3. The UI freeze occurred due to unresolved frontend synchronization after backend record updates. Resolution The issue is a known product defect tracked under PRB2033803. Upgrade the 'Calendar component' plugin to the latest version (SR - App Core - Calendar v5.0.1 - 26M09) to resolve the date formatting and UI freeze issues.
