It comes from the AI filter assist feature (Now Assist): When AI filter assist is enabled, clicking Filter opens the Now Assist "Generate filters" dialog, where you can describe a filter in everyday language.To open the standard condition builder, click the drop-down arrow next to Filter, then select Advanced Filter. Resolution It is an expected Behaviour Post Australia Release. ServiceNow added it so agents can build list filters by typing in plain language instead of picking fields, operators and values one at a time. The feature is AI filter assist.
