Alumni Revamp not showing up in the /asc Portal Issue The Alumni Revamp introduced in Plugin Alumni Center 4.0.2 is not visible in the /asc Portal. Release All Releases Cause The Alumni Center Service Portal configuration on the customer instance did not match the OOB configuration, specifically the home page, main menu, and theme fields were not set to the required values. These fields required manual updates after upgrading the plugin to preserve customizations. Resolution 1. Upgrade the Alumni Center plugin to the latest version (e.g., 4.1.2) on the sub-production instance.2. Manually update the following fields in the Alumni Center Service Portal record to match the Out-of-the-Box (OOB) configuration:- Home page: asc_home- Main menu: Alumni Center Header- Theme: Alumni Center Coral Theme3.
