Media uploading message stays when pasting multiple images ISSUE SUMMARY & STATUS: Media uploading message stays when pasting multiple images Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into any Yokohama or Zurich instance. 2. Goto any workspace where you can view a case or incident (tested in CSM Configurable Workspace and SOW). Open Lists 3. Open all Cases or all incidents. Looking for option to Compose Email 4. Open an incident or case record. Choose the Compose Email UI action when viewing the details of the record. New email draft will open in separate tab. 5. Find Word document with more than 1 image in the document. Manually copy the multiple images using control+C or other internal Copy option in Word. 6. Navigate back to draft email and hit control +V or paste. Popup will appear asking if you would like to Remove or Keep formatting from source. Choose either option. Unexpected behavior: Media uploading popups will appear. One will finish and close. All others tied to additional image uploads will remain on screen indefinitely until they are manually closed. The issue has been reported (PRB1886585), but will not be addressed at this time.
