Events are missing from Agent ScheduleIssue When using the Agent Schedule page(agentSchedule.do), for users with a large amount of events, events will be missing from certain views, especially in Month view. Events can also seem to disappear/reappear when changing views from Day to Week to Month in any order. Release Any Cause There is a limit of 100 total events fetched per user for the calendar — this caps overall event volume, not the number of event types configured. This is enforced by the USER_MAX_EVENTS constant in the CalendarRESTHelper script include (sys_script_include_dde6f9417f232200c57212f44efa91da.xml). This is the out-of-box value. Resolution Increase the value of the USER_MAX_EVENTS constant in the CalendarRESTHelper script include if users are trying to display more than 100 events.
