CMDB Workspace Search Results Error Due to Insufficient Access Issue ProblemUsers receive a banner error when searching for specific Configuration Items (CIs) within CMDB Workspace. The error indicates that part of the query on nlq_synonym has been ignored due to insufficient access for 'query_match' operations on nlq_synonym.table and nlq_synonym.element.Steps to reproduce:1. Log into the instance as an affected user.2. Navigate to CMDB Workspace.3. Use the global search to search for a specific CI.4. Observe the banner error displayed in the search results. Release All Versions Cause Root Cause1. Access to the NLQ Synonym [nlq_synonym] table is restricted by an Access Control Rule (ACL). The ACL requires users to have either the pa_analyst or nlq_admin role to access the records used during Workspace search operations.2. Affected users do not currently satisfy this ACL requirement, causing the query evaluation against the nlq_synonym table to be blocked. Resolution Steps to Resolve1. Assign either the pa_analyst or nlq_admin role to the affected users to satisfy the ACL requirement.2. Validate that the banner message no longer appears when performing searches within CMDB Workspace after the role assignment.
