CMDB Health Dashboard in CMDB Workspace Wiget Display Issues Issue ProblemCMDB Health Dashboard in CMDB Workspace does not display all dashboard components for users with documented CMDB Health access roles (asset, sn_cmdb_editor, cmdb_user, or itil role). For example, a user cannot see the section on the bottom half of the dashboard. The issue is observed when accessing the dashboard via the specified URL, and admin users can view the data correctly while non-admin users cannot. Release All Releases Cause Root CauseThe query_range_role role was required in addition to the documented CMDB Health access roles for the CMDB Health Dashboard Workspace widgets to render correctly. No blocking ACLs or dashboard restrictions were identified during investigation. Resolution Steps to Resolve1. Assign the query_range_role role to the affected user in addition to the existing roles (asset, sn_cmdb_editor, cmdb_user, or itil).2. Verify that the user can now successfully view all CMDB Health Dashboard Workspace widgets, including the previously missing sections under Completeness and Correctness.
