Columns are not reflecting on the Playbook, as per the UI Layout configuration Summary When we build a Playbook by the copying of the OOTB List Activity, the columns that appear on the page are not showing as per the configuration on UI Layout.

If you open the "Presentational List" from the left-side panel and then save changes (for example, enabling or disabling "Allow quick edit"), this action can unintentionally clear the View and Columns fields under the Field visibility section. Once these fields are cleared and saved, they cannot be easily restored through the same interface, which can cause the list to stop respecting the configured columns.

Recommended workaround

To safely make updates and restore the configuration, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the bottom-left of the UIB page: Go to Data and scripts → Data resources Open Playbook Activity UI Controller Select List Controller This will open the Edit List Controller modal. In the modal: Click the "Playbook List" preset (top left) Remove it, then add it back again → This will reset the View and Columns fields. Scroll down to: Field visibility → confirm the fields are restored End user capabilities → update settings like "Allow quick edit" as needed
