HR Agents Unable to Close Complete Cases in Production Instance After Plugin Update Issue After updating the plugin sn_hr_agent_ws (Agent Workspace for HR Case Management) to version 4.6.0, HR agents lost the ability to close complete cases in all instances. The issue impacts the production environment, preventing agents from updating case states to 'Closed Complete'.Steps to Reproduce:1. Log in to the instance.2. Impersonate an HR Agent and navigate to HR Cases > Assigned to Me.3. Open a case in the Work in Progress state.4. Click the Close Complete Declarative Action and observe that the case remains in Work in Progress.5. Repeat the steps while impersonating an HR Admin, noting that the HR Admin can successfully close the case. Release All Releases Cause 1. The Write and Create ACLs on the sn_hr_core_case.state field were misconfigured. The instance used sn_hr_core.admin roles instead of the OOB roles sn_hr_core.case_writer and sn_hr_core.case_reader, causing access issues for non-admin users.2. The change from server-side state updates to client-side form saves in version 4.2.0 introduced reliance on ACLs, which were not properly aligned with OOB roles, blocking state updates for agents without the required access. Resolution 1. Identify misconfigured ACLs on the sn_hr_core_case.state field. The instance had roles set to sn_hr_core.admin instead of the OOB roles sn_hr_core.case_writer (for write) and sn_hr_core.case_reader (for create).2. Update the ACL roles to match the OOB configuration by replacing sn_hr_core.admin with sn_hr_core.case_writer for the write ACL and sn_hr_core.case_reader for the create ACL.3. Verify the changes by testing the Close Complete action in the HR Agent Workspace. The issue should resolve, allowing agents to close cases successfully.
