Catalogs page is loading slowly in Employee Center Issue Problem When users navigate to the Catalogs page in Employee center (sc_category/esc_sc_category), the page is loading slowly (25s +)

Cause Root Cause

The SC Category Page widget has been customized, preventing updated out of box code being added to the widget Resolution Steps to Resolve 1. In the filter navigator, type sp_widget.list to navigate to the Widgets table 2. In the name column, search SC Category Page 3. Open the SC Category Page widget and scroll down to the Versions related list 4. Right-click the most recent out of box version and select Revert to current version 5. Verify the resolution by reloading the Service Catalog page and monitoring load times
