Release Zurich, Australia Cause A known PRB2052632 HRSD defect caused the header_config_opened_for and header_config_subject_person dictionary records to not be created on the sn_hr_core_service table during plugin installation. Resolution Upgrade to Australia Patch 5, Zurich Patch 12, or a later release containing the fix for PRB2052632.
