Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a reference type field on any table (e.g. incident) with a reference to a table having a display name of type Translated Text. e.g. sc_cat_item2. Add the column to the list view ; e.g.: ess3. Change the language to non-English4. Go to https://<instance>.service-now.com/sp?id=list&table=<incident>&view=ess5. Sort on the column created in (1). Expected Result: Sorting works as per the session languageActual Result: Sorting is done as per the English language. Attached is the recording from OOTB instance. Root Cause: The behavior is related to existing defect PRB1986159. Resolution: PRB1986159 is Fixed in Brazil release. Kindly upgrade the instance to Brazil release when it becomes available for upgrade.
