Reproduced using the Quick Messages (sys_email_canned_message) table which has a "body" field of type html_script. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Service Operations Workspace, lists, My Lists, create a new list1a. select Create your own, any name, source is "Quick Message" table (sys_email_canned_message), click Create2. navigate to the new list, select one or multiple records from the list and click Edit (may need to create a record first if none exist) EXPECTED: List Edit sidebar should load the form correctlyACTUAL: List Edit sidebar doesn't load If you remove the "body" field from the sys_email_canned_message form layout, the sidebar load correctly Root Cause: The behavior is related to existing defect PRB1974503. Resolution: PRB1974503 is Fixed in Brazil release. Kindly upgrade the instance to Brazil release when it becomes available for upgrade.
