The WatchList variable (list collector referencing the User table) does not display selected users correctly when those users have only an email address and no first, middle, or last name. When selecting users who only have an email and no first, middle, or last name, Watchlist does not show anything in the field after selection. When selecting another user, you see 2 "X" being displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 users with just user id and email ( no names). 2. Create a catalog item and add a List Collector variable. 3. Specify the List table as "sys_user" and variable attributes as "ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=name;middle_name;last_name;email,ref_ac_columns_search=true" 4. Open the catalog item in the portal. https:// .service-now.com/sp?id=sw_sc_cat_item&sys_id= 5. In the List collector variable, select the user you created in (1). Observe that "X" is not shown. 6. Now select the second user you created in (1). Now you will see 2 "X" being displayed.

Root Cause:

The behavior is related to existing defect PRB1997326 .

Resolution:

PRB1997326 is Fixed in Brazil release. Kindly upgrade the instance to Brazil release when it becomes available for upgrade.
