Date & Time format preference not applied correctly – year gets removed in list view. Problem:

Setting the system time to "hh:mm:ss:a" and the date / time user preference is to "YYYY-MM-DD 09:00", the date fields are not displayed correctly on the list view.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the sys_properties table. 2. Open the property "glide.sys.time_format", and set the value "hh:mm:ss:a" 3. Navigate to the "Language & Region" preference, and adjust the "date and time" format to "YYYY-MM-DD 09:00" 4. Navigate to any list, eg sys_properties.list 5. Ensure there is a date field on the list (e.g. updated). 6. Notice the Year within the date fields are not displayed.

Root Cause:

The behavior is related to existing defect PRB1977296 , where dates in lists do not display the year when the date-time format under user preferences excludes seconds (e.g., 'YYYY-MM-DD 09:00' instead of 'YYYY-MM-DD 09:00:01').

Resolution:

PRB1977296 is Fixed in Brazil release. Kindly upgrade the instance to Brazil release when it becomes available for upgrade.
