Unable to upload attachments in records from Workspace Problem: Users are unable to upload attachments, including images and PDF files, to records from the Workspace. After selecting a file or dragging and dropping it into the attachment area, the file does not load and no attachment is added to the record. Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to any Zurich or Yokohama instance2. Add this sys property "glide.ui.seismic.attachment.dialog.renderInAppShell=true"3. Open Service Operation workspace and open any active incident4. Click on attachment icon from side pannel5. Upload an attachment Observe Attachment preview modal is not being shown Cause: The issue is related to a known defect PRB2033598 affecting the attachment functionality in the Workspace. The root cause involves a JavaScript error during the attachment upload process, specifically a TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'parentNode'), which occurs in the now-modal component's SEISMIC_COMPONENT_DOM_READY handler.Workaround: Set the system property 'glide.ui.seismic.attachment.dialog.renderInAppShell' to false to resolve the issue. Resolution:PRB2033598 is currently targeted to be permanently fixed in Canada release.
