Stages display of a Request EC Portal depends on if request has been approvedIssue The stage is shown from the sc_request table. If parent REQ of RITM has Approval = Approved stages are displayed on the portal. Once Approved following subsequent stages with an expander icon (▸) will be shown in the portal:Waiting for Approval (In progress)Cancelled (Pending - has not started)Technician Action Required (Pending - has not started)Fulfillment (Pending - has not started) On the other hand if parent RITM's sc_request is still pending for an approval, Stage is displayed as Request Approval only. Release Any release Resolution This is out of the box and working as designed behavior.
