Outbound Emails Not Delivered When Business Rule Sets Email Type to "Send" Instead of "Send-ready"Issue Outbound email notifications created by a custom Business Rule are not delivered to recipients despite email records being successfully generated in the sys_email table. Symptoms A custom Business Rule executes successfully and creates records in the sys_email table with the correct subject, recipients, and HTML body.Email records in the sys_email table display Type = "send" and State = "ready".SMTP Sender scheduled jobs are active.Email records are visible in the email logs, but are not received in recipient mailboxes.Emails remain in the "send" state and are not processed for delivery. Release All Cause Root CauseThe email Type field on records created by the Business Rule was set to "Send" instead of the required value, "Send-ready". Because the Type was not set correctly, the email processing pipeline did not transition the records to a deliverable state, and the emails remained unprocessed. Resolution 1.Navigate to the Business Rule responsible for creating outbound email records in the sys_email table. 2.Update the Business Rule logic so that the email Type field is set to "Send-Ready" when creating the email record. 3.Confirm that the Type field on the resulting email record transitions to "Ready" state after the Business Rule executes. 4.Verify that emails are successfully delivered to recipients following the change.
