Multi-Row Variable Set values do not display on approval records in the native UIIssue A Requested Item contains a Multi-Row Variable Set, and its values display correctly on the RITM. When the associated approval record is opened in the native UI, the fields from the Multi-Row Variable Set are missing or appear empty. Adding the Approval Summarizer formatter does not display the MRVS values as expected. Release This is not release specific. Cause Multi-Row Variable Sets are not displayed on native approval records through the Approval Summarizer in the same manner as standard catalog variables. The MRVS values remain associated with the Requested Item and can be reviewed from the RITM, but they are not natively rendered as individual populated values on the associated approval record. Resolution This is expected platform behavior. To review the submitted MRVS information: Open the approval record.Open or preview the associated Requested Item.Review the Multi-Row Variable Set directly on the RITM. If the MRVS values must be displayed directly on the approval record, a custom implementation is required. Any customization should be developed and validated in a sub-production instance before being introduced into production.
