Dispatcher Workspace - Resource Filters issue (Skills, Excluded Skills, and Agent search not working)Issue When a dispatcher applies a CSP resource filter selecting an agent who belongs to multiple assignment groups, the calendar displays blank if only one of those groups is selected in the group selector. The agent and their work orders are not shown even though the agent is a valid member of the selected group.This issue occurs when viewport scroll is enabled and the territory model is not active. Selecting all groups the agent belongs to and applying the same filter displays results correctly.Steps:1. Open Dispatcher Workspace calendar.2. Select only one of the agent's groups in the group selector (e.g. San Diego South Central).3. Open the CSP resource filter panel.4. Select the agent (e.g. Alex Ray) as a resource filter and apply.Actual: Calendar displays blank — no resources or work orders shown.Expected: Alex Ray and their work orders appear under the San Diego South Central group.Note: Selecting both groups (NorCal + San Diego) in the group selector and applying the same agent filter works correctly.
