Approval Summarizer Variable Question Labels Render Vertically and Become Unreadable in SOW with Long Japanese TextIssue In the Approval Summarizer (the "Summary of Item being approved" variable table on an approval record), long variable question-labels render vertically and collapse to approximately 2–3 characters wide, making them unreadable. This issue occurs when using long Japanese labels (60+ characters without spaces) combined with long unbroken text values. Reproduced Steps: Create or navigate to a catalog item's variable-authoring form with the following configuration: Variable 1: Type = Yes/No; Question = a long Japanese string without spaces (60+ chars)Variable 2: Type = Single Line Text (Max length ≥ 2000); Question = Reason Order the item: set Yes/No = Yes and in Reason enter a long unbroken ASCII string (100+ chars, no spaces). Click Order Now and note the generated REQ/RITM.On the RITM, create a new Approver record (Approvers related list → New → set Approver and State = Requested → Submit).Open the approval record (sysapproval_approver) in both Platform UI and Service Operations Workspace (SOW).The Japanese question label renders vertically, collapsing to 2–3 characters wide. Platform UI SOW Release As of Australia Cause This issue is addressed by PRB2063518, included in the Canada release. Resolution Upgrade to the Canada release, which includes the fix for PRB2063518. After upgrading, the Approval Summarizer table will render properly. As a workaround, shorten the variable question-labels or ensure text values in the Reason field contain spaces to enable word-wrap instead of vertical stacking.
