HR Agent Workspace details tab loads with no case fields visibleIssue An issue occurs in HR Agent Workspace where the Details tab for a Payroll HR case renders without the expected case form fields for one particular agent. When impersonating the agent and opening a Payroll case, the Details tab is visible but the entire case form area is blank, with no fields such as HR service/case information, employee details, assignment information, or description/work notes displayed. Symptoms The issue appears specific to the HR Agent Workspace / Now Experience record page The record and Details tab load, but the form area is blank. Release All releases Cause 3 icons at the bottom of the page show the options (see the following screenshot, highlighted in green):1- Record form only (removes the activity stream from the page and shows only the form)2- Record form and list of record activities (shows form details and activity stream)3- List of record activities and input fields for posting work notes and comments (shows comments, activity stream, and email. Removes form details) Option 3 was selected. Resolution Select option 2 to display case details.
