Cancel Child domain Flow is not working correctly after plugin updateIssue The 'Cancel Child domain Orders' flow is not moving child orders from 'Cancellation in Progress' to 'Canceled'. Non-admin users (e.g., order.fullfillment_user) are blocked from transitioning orders to the 'Cancelled' state due to a conflict between the flow's execution context and an existing Business Rule 'Block state change to cancel'. Release The issue has been reported in the Order Management plugin version 18.2.2. Cause 1. The 'Cancel Child domain Orders' flow was updated to run as the user who initiated the session (instead of the System user), conflicting with the OOB Business Rule 'Block state change to cancel', which restricts non-admin users from transitioning orders to 'Cancelled'.2. The Business Rule's condition did not account for the new user context introduced by the plugin upgrade, causing orders to remain stuck in 'Cancellation in Progress'. Resolution 1. Identify the Business Rule with sys_id = 6399ef69c39321105252716b7d40ddd1 (named 'Block state change to cancel').2. Update the Business Rule's condition from `!gs.hasRole('admin')` to `!gs.hasRole('admin') && !gs.hasRole('sn_ind_tmt_orm.order_fulfilment_agent')`.3. Verify the change by testing the flow again to ensure child orders transition to 'Canceled'.4. Monitor the issue until the permanent fix is deployed as part of Problem PRB2088780.5. Revert the Business Rule to its original OOB condition once the PRB fix version is applied.
