Release Not related to releases Cause Root CauseThe root cause was a conflict with the 'Digital Portfolio Management' plugin, which adds a declarative action assignment record that overrides and hides the standard export button on Platform Analytics KPI details list views. Resolution Steps to Resolve1. Identify if the 'Digital Portfolio Management' plugin is installed on the instance. 2. Navigate to the `sys_declarative_action_assignment` table. 3. Locate the record with the sys_id `d41f954477334210d55fb7714f5a9929`. 4. Disable the conflicting list action record to restore the export functionality. 5. Verify that the export option appears in the list view after the action is disabled.
