Facts The issue was reproduced in Service Catalog Builder.The installed "Now Assist in Catalog Builder" application (sn_text2catalog) was version 6.0.7.Product team review confirmed that version 6.0.7 did not support editing previously published catalog items using Now Assist.Testing showed that upgrading the environment and updating the Now Assist application resolved the issue.A separate test environment successfully allowed editing of previously published catalog items after upgrading to ZP7 and updating Now Assist for Creator to version 28.7.3. Release Zurich Patch 6 environment with Now Assist in Catalog Builder (sn_text2catalog) version 6.0.7 Cause The installed Now Assist in Catalog Builder application version (6.0.7) did not contain support for editing previously published catalog items using Now Assist. As a result, the functionality described in the documentation was unavailable in that version. Resolution Update the sn_text2catalog application to the latest available version.Verify that the environment has the updated Now Assist capabilities that support editing previously published catalog items.Retest the catalog item after the application update.Testing confirmed the functionality worked after upgrading and updating the Now Assist application to a version that included the feature.
