Catalog Builder Shows Blank Catalog and Category ValuesIssue Catalog Builder displays blank entries or dashes for Catalogs, Categories, Available For, and Not Available For, even though the catalog item contains the expected values in the advanced view. Symptoms Catalog Builder shows a dash instead of the configured Catalogs and Categories.Available For and Not Available For values may also appear blank.The expected values remain configured and visible in the advanced view.The issue is limited to how the values are displayed in the Catalog Builder interface. Facts The issue was reproducible in an out-of-box Xanadu instance.The issue was not reproducible in an out-of-box Yokohama Patch 4 instance.Catalog and category changes made directly in Catalog Builder displayed as expected during testing.Changes made through the advanced view did not always appear in the Catalog Builder interface.The configured catalog item values remained applied despite appearing blank in Catalog Builder. Release Xanadu Cause Catalog Builder did not consistently display catalog item values that were present in the advanced view. The case did not establish a more specific root cause. Resolution Upgrade the affected environment from Xanadu to Yokohama. After the upgrade, previously missing values for existing catalog items were displayed correctly in Catalog Builder. Validate the behavior in a sub-production environment, including testing catalog items created after the upgrade.
