Facts The issue occurred when a ZIP file was created outside of ServiceNow and uploaded as an attachment.The same contents could be zipped using the Flow Designer Zip action and then successfully unzipped.The uploaded attachment had a content type of application/x-zip-compressed.The expected content type was application/zip. Release The uploaded ZIP attachment was assigned the content type application/x-zip-compressed instead of application/zip. This content-type mismatch caused the Unzip action to identify the file as invalid. Resolution Update the attachment content type from application/x-zip-compressed to application/zip. After correcting the content type, the Flow Designer Unzip action processes the ZIP file successfully.
