The Legal Request state transition depends on fulfiller involvement: With fulfiller involvement, the legal request remains in Work in Progress until the Close Complete action is manually executed on the legal requestWithout fulfiller involvement, both contract request and legal request transition to Closed Complete automatically Resolution Confirm whether the Contract Fulfiller is involved in processing the request.
