The field name will automatically be mapped to u_supplier_name in the system. Step 2: Access the Registration Form Field Configuration On the User Registration Configuration form, go to the Details tab.Locate the Registration Form Field Configuration section.Click the information icon (i) to open the detailed configuration record. Step 3: Verify the Variable is Added The Record Producer form will open.Navigate to the Variables tab.Confirm that the Supplier Name variable has been added to the list. Step 4: Map the Supplier Name Variable Open the Supplier Name variable record.Verify the following field mappings: Map to field: TrueField: Supplier Name Check the Mandatory checkbox if this field should be required for external users. Note:The Relationship Contact Email field is referenced in the supplementary documentation but is not used in the current version. Configuration of this field is not required.
