Attempting to delete a duplicate entry results in both entries being deleted, and adding a server causes duplicates to be created. This issue affects the tools list when connected to a client.Steps to reproduce:1. Navigate to the MCP server console and select a tool.2. Observe that there are 2 entries for ServiceNow MCP Server under the 'Add your tool to the existing MCP servers'.3. Attempt to delete only 1 of the duplicate entry, observe both entries get deleted.4. Attempt to add a server, observe duplicates get created. The duplication occurs because the same tool is connected to the same server twice in "sn_mcp_server_tool_definition_assoc" table, resulting in duplicate entries in the MCP server tool associations.2. The issue was identified as a known defect (PRB2003998) and fixed in "Model Context Protocol Server" plugin 1.4.2 Resolution 0. Open a background script and set the scope as "sn_mcp_server"1. Run the following background script to clean up duplicate associations:var cleanUp = new MCPUtilities();cleanUp.cleanupDuplicateAssocs();cleanUp.cleanupOrphanedAssocs();2. Verify that the duplicates have been resolved by rechecking the MCP server console for the affected tool or server.
