In System Administrator > Email > Email Scripts, search for or locate the script that processes additional comments. Open the email script record and locate the Newlines to HTML checkbox.Check the Newlines to HTML checkbox to enable newline-to-HTML conversion.Click the Update button to save the change.Test by posting an additional comment with multiple lines and spacing.Verify that the email notification now displays line breaks and spacing correctly.
