再現手順

管理者として cmd.exe を開きます。 「\agent」フォルダーへ移動し、「stop.bat」を実行してサービスを停止します。 次に、「start.bat」を実行して MID Server サービスを起動します。以下のエラーがコマンドプロンプトウィンドウに表示されます。 wrapper.log ファイル（「\agent\log\wrapper.log」）には、以下のエラーが表示されます。 INFO | jvm 1 | 2023/04/01 13:51:37.520 | Output=wrapperm | The Service is installed. Cause • MID Server サービスが管理者権限を持たないユーザーアカウントで実行されている。

• MID Server ホストマシン上で services.msc を開くと、MID Server サービスのログオンユーザーが管理者権限を持たないユーザーであり、サービスを開始する権限が不足している。

Resolution • MID Server サービスを「Local System Account」で実行するか、以下のドキュメントに記載されている手順に従ってください。
