Please contact your Moveworks support team to enable Moveworks Web App. ReleaseAllResolutionRoot Cause: By default, Moveworks provisions a chatbot (web assistant) which is named as MWInstanceName-mwa-webchat and the surface of this chatbot is set to "Assistant" by default. Making changes to the surface of this OOB chatbot will show up the above error. Whenever, a new chatbot is required navigate to Moveworks Setup > Manage Chatbots > New and create a new chatbot. Impact: Changing the surface of the default chatbot would not allow users or admins to login to Moveworks
