It does not allow users to create comments directly from this page. The option displays: Comments added to the indicator through Analytics HubComments generated by system calculations, such as notifications associated with threshold breaches The availability of Comments can also depend on the indicator configuration. Comments are not supported for classic indicators with Data Snapshots enabled or for indicators whose scores are aggregated across multiple elements.
