Cause<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Remote Choice Definition values fail to populate when one of these conditions is true: Missing field configuration:The account_secure flag is set to true on the Remote Choice Definition, but the target table is missing one of the required account-filtering fields: company, u_company, account, or u_account. Dynamic filter mismatch:The Remote Choice Definition contains a dynamic filter condition such as "My account and child accounts" on a custom field. During the Service Exchange API call, the session user is always the Service Exchange integration account (sb_user.CCN*), not the consumer end user. The integration account has no company memberships or account context, so the dynamic filter evaluates to an empty result set, and no records are returned. Important: There is no supported way to pass the end user's session context through Service Exchange API calls. The session context is always that of the integration account. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Remove dynamic filters from the Remote Choice Definition If you have dynamic filter conditions that depend on the logged-in user's context: On the provider instance, open the Remote Choice Definition.Locate any filter conditions using dynamic values such as: "My account and child accounts"Filters based on current user context (getChildAccounts(), etc.) Remove these dynamic filter conditions. You can keep any static filter conditions (e.g., state = Active, facility_type = OfficeBuilding) as they apply equally to all consumers.Save the Remote Choice Definition.Retry the Service Exchange request on the consumer instance. Important considerations: account_secure does not support comma-separated account lists. If your custom field contains multiple comma-separated values on a single record, you must either:account_secure does not traverse child account hierarchies. It filters at the direct company or account level only.
