Search for the sys_id of the expected record. If NOT present: it was not captured - proceed to Step 4. 3. If the record is present in sys_update_xml.list, navigate to System Diagnostics > Cache > Flush Cache and recheck whether the changes are now visible. For large update sets, the Committed status may appear while database operations are still running as a background job. To confirm the commit has fully completed, navigate to System Diagnostics > Progress Workers and verify the associated job shows a state of Completed rather than Running. 4. For dictionary or field changes in a scoped app: open the record in the source, right-click the form header and choose Add to Update Set. Confirm the scope matches. 5. For sys_translated_text records: open each translation record in the source, right-click, Add to Update Set. 6. For catalogue item changes: right-click each catalogue variable and Add to Update Set individually. 7. For transform maps: add each transform map record explicitly. If updates are still missing after the above steps, check whether some updates were captured in the Default update set instead of the intended update set, or whether an intermediate update set in a sequence was never applied to the target. If the target instance contains a newer version of a record, re-export the update set from the source as XML, re-import it into the target via Retrieved Update Sets, then re-preview and re-commit. Select Accept Remote Update for any conflicts where the incoming change is definitively correct. VERIFICATIONNavigate directly to the changed record on the target.
