This configuration is separate from the standard Platform Analytics target color schemes (`pa_targets` / `pa_target_color_schemes`), which control different PA widgets. The issue occurred because the `sn_team_perf_kpi_threshold` table had no records defined for any KPI in the instance, which is the default state upon installation. Resolution KPI Threshold records were configured on the instance for the "Closed Incidents" and "Average Handling Time" ("MTTR") indicators. These thresholds define the value ranges for Critical (red), Warning (orange), and Positive (green) statuses, enabling the corresponding icons to appear on the grid. After applying the configuration, both KPIs now correctly display the red, orange, and green status icons based on each team member's performance values.
