The prompt is accepted and processing appears to begin, but no summary is generated. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into the instance via mobile using a user with the admin role. 2. In NAVA Chat, select the "Summarize a record" option. 3. Choose any Opportunity record (All → Opportunity Management → Opportunities, or via the opportunity list link). 4. Copy the Opportunity number and enter it into the "Summarize a record" input. Expected: A summary of the selected Opportunity is generated. Actual: The prompt is submitted, but the output is empty.
