Save the record.6. Open the Now Assist panel once the notification appears.7. Allow the test to run through the steps. If it asks you any questions to proceed, say yes. 8. Once the agent is finished, verify the changes are made in the record, you may need to refresh to see these changes.9. Turn on screen reader and navigate the current chat using the screen reader's navigation (using Control + Option + Right/ Left arrow keys while using Voiceover).
