When the offerWork API receives a request to create a work item with assignment parameters (including allowed_to_decline: false), it follows this process:1 - The API resolves the interaction document to determine which service channel it belongs to2 - It queries all active service channels and evaluates their conditions against the document3 - It selects the first matching service channel that satisfies the routing condition4- It then attempts to find the queue by matching the queue's service_channel against the resolved channelOnce the queue and channel match, the assignment configuration (allowed_to_decline: false) is applied to the work item Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Steps to Resolve1. Verify that the Amazon Connect queue is configured as 'External' and that the 'Enable Interaction Controls' setting is properly enabled in the OpenFrame Configuration. All > Amacon Connect > View Instances > Open active instance > click on Setup guide > go to the Additional Configuration tab 2. Ensure the service channel conditions for Amazon Connect interactions are mutually exclusive with generic phone channels to prevent channel mismatches during work item routing. 3. If using the Offer API to create work items, confirm the 'allowed_to_decline' parameter is correctly set to false in the request payload. 4. Receive the inbound call to see if the reject button is invisible now. This is the customization to change 'allowed_to_decline' parameter to false, so if any relevance issue happens, please revert back to original value(true) and test. Support team can only support any issue on OOTB state without any customization.
