A new Last Seen timestamp update alone does not count as a data change, so Wiz does not send any new outbound data via their APIs. This is an intentional limitation on the Wiz side to prevent flooding of API calls that would saturate Wiz and any endpoints receiving data from it, including ServiceNow. In summary Wiz uses an incremental daily sync that retrieves vulnerabilities discovered, updated, or resolved within the previous 24 hours. If an open vulnerability is detected again without any change to its status or underlying data, it is not included in the daily sync Wiz decides to send so when ServiceNow imports ask for that daily sync data the last found field wont be there since they do not send it. This is a limitation from Wiz's side by intention to prevent flooding of API calls that would not only saturate Wiz but any endpoints getting data from them (in this scenario ServiceNow). For any questions or concerns for this scenario please discuss with Wiz as it would be up to their developers to add some enhanced logic to send the Last Seen in a different manner.
