Hihop the provided instance or any OOB instnace having Now Assist setup. 2. Go to the employee Center by appending the instance URL with /esc. 3. At the bottom right corner find Now Assist and open it. 4. Start Chat in different language other than the language of the page of navigate to Chats and notice a chat which was done in some other language.
