In a separate browse, log in to the same instance and impersonate as george.warren. Navigate to the /csm URL and open the chat widget from the bottom-right corner. Click Show me everything. Select Connect to live agent. Back in the agent session, accept the incoming chat. Populate the Account and Contact fields in the interaction record and click Save.
