STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Now Assist in Virtual Agent on a portal where it is enabled 2. Start a chat with the NA virtual agent 3. Close the chat, and using the hamburger menu on the top left bring up the list of closed chats 4. Click the delete Bin icon on a closed chat to delete it 5. Observe the info message with the OK button 6. Turn on JAWS 7.
