Log into the testing instance . 2. Go to the esc portal. 3. In the search bar type 'General Enquiry', select the second item called General Inquiry in the list. 4. Put 'I'm having trouble accessing my health benefits and would like some assistance.' in the 'What is your question?' field. 5. Navigate to 'Submit' button and select it. 6. Wait for an email and then wait for another email (that might take around 5 minutes). 7. Once you receive the second email, refresh the page. 8. Navigate to the 'Now Assist' button present in the bottom right corner of the page and select it. 9. Turn On screen reader and navigate in the Now Assist dialog using screen reader navigation (using Control + Option + Right/Left Arrow keys for Voiceover and Up/ Down arrow for NVDA). 10. Notice what screen reader is reading and if it focus the entire content or miss anything.
