Instead of converting the user's speech to a text query, the microphone icon turns red and no transcription occurs. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Ensure Assistant voice input is enabled in the Now Assist Admin settings. 2. Log in onto the instance. 3. Navigate to Now Assist in Platform (NAP). 4. Click on the mic icon and speak "summarize a record." 5. Click on the mic icon again to stop recording. Expected Result: The spoken input ("summarize a record") is translated into text and submitted as a query. Actual Result: The voice input does not translate to text; instead, the mic icon turns red and no transcription is produced.
