STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Log in as an admin user. 2. Navigate to the Legal Workspace and open the Now Assist Panel (NAP). 3. Open any General Legal Request record in New state. 4. Assign the request to a fulfiller. 5. Observe the NAP after assignment. Expected Result : A single new chat session is initiated in the NAP for the assigned General Legal Request record. Actual Result : Multiple chat sessions are generated simultaneously in the NAP for the same General Legal Request record.
